    • Ready Stock: Products that are available in ready stock are dispatched within 5–7 working days from the date of order confirmation and payment.

    • Shipping Time: Delivery time depends on the destination but typically ranges between 3–10 business days post-dispatch.

    • Dispatch Notifications: Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
  • Shipping Charges


    • Shipping charges may apply based on order volume, weight, and delivery location.

    • These charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout or discussed during order placement.

    • Dukaan Dost may offer free shipping on select bulk orders or during special campaigns.

  • We take quality seriously and follow strict QC protocols. However, if something does go wrong, we’ve got your back.

  • Eligibity for Return


    You may request a return or replacement if:

    • The wrong product was delivered
    • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described

    Returns are not accepted for:

    • Cut fabrics
    • Fabric samples

    Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling

  • Pickup & Quality Check


    • Our logistics partner will schedule a reverse pickup.

    • The returned product must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

    Once the returned product passes quality inspection (QC), a refund or replacement will be processed.

  • Refund Timeline


    • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after the QC approval.

    • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment or to your Dukaan Dost account balance (for future orders), as per your preference.
