How do I apply for credit under the Channel Finance program?

What’s the lead time for delivery after order confirmation?

For ready stock items, dispatch is initiated within 5–7 working days from the date of order confirmation, ensuring timely delivery for your production needs.

What happens if I receive defective or wrong products?

In case you receive a defective or incorrect item, you can raise a ticket with our customer support team. They will assist you with the return or exchange process. Once verified, we will ensure you receive a refund or replacement as applicable.

How does Dukaan Dost ensure quality control?

We follow a strict two-step quality check - once at the manufacturing stage when the fabric is ready, and again during the final dispatch. This helps us ensure that every order meets our standards of consistency and quality.

Is pricing transparent across all products?

Yes, all product prices are clearly listed on their respective pages. For bulk pricing kindly contact us on WhatsApp as we offer volume-based discounts—the larger your order, the better your price. Smart planning can lead to significant cost savings over time.

How do returns and replacements work?

If a return is approved, our logistics partner will arrange for product pickup. After the product passes quality inspection at our facility, a refund will be processed and credited to your account within 7–10 business days.

However, unless the product is damaged, there is no return for cut length sample ordering.
